I really do not have anything to post here tonight, but I have had pear pressure (or peach squeezings) to re-start this classic (H*llcity) thread.

So, what's in YOUR kitchen?!

Harpo, ever try those vegan burgers that Burger King etc. have come out with?

Yes, I have had the Impossible Burger a few times at Burger King (where they charge $8.99 for the burger, fries, and a small drink) and also at a real restaurant (where they charged like $18.00 for the burger and fries, no drink). It is not bad. The texture and flavour are pretty good. But it has been over forty years since I had a real burger, so what do I know.

I cooked ground beef and onion with pasta and a healthy dose of cinnamon this evening. Tasted quite middle-eastern/north african... was yummy!

Trea Turner of the Nationals stole 2nd base in the top of the 1st inning. It means a free taco at Taco Bell on Wednesday October 30th 2019 between the hours of 2pm to 6pm.

I went to a place in the Seaport last night called "Committee".......had mostly apps.

It's a Greek restaurant and cool place....Loved it. Good wine too.

Oh, yeah! Greek food is one of my top three favourite cuisines (with Italian and Mexican).
