I don't do a lot of cooking, but I probably need to pick up a bottle of avocado oil for when I do. It might even make a tasty alternative to olive oil in salad dressings (of course, olive oil is still the best).

What will you make with the Avocado oil?
 
Anything that I would normally use olive oil for cooking/heating. It seems that avocado oil has a higher burning point.
 
I know. I just saw it recently (probably on a bag of these chips or such).

1) Boulder Creek ~ Boulder Batch - Grillo's Pickles
2) Spudsy ~ Sweet Potato Poppers - Jalapeño Ranch

Both of these were verrrry tasty. If I had to choose just one of the two, it would be the Grillo's Pickles potato chips.

This one is a totally ridiculous "Limited Summer" flavour... so I knew I would like it. Luckily it is vegetarian-friendly, just not Vegan.

Have you ever had a Cuban pressed/grilled sandwich? They are pretty good. It is just had to find a vegetarian version in most restaurants.

This is Community Snacks foray into the "All Dressed" potato chips flavour. Apparently old Uncle PepsiCo will not let anyone else use that moniker. (Even if it originated in Canada before they stole it.) I think I liked this brand better than the Lay's of the same flavour.
