as far as I know he doesn't have a cellphone. I am messaging via Facebook messenger. he hasn't been on Facebook either. I am very concerned.

That's right, I forgot about his dislike for cell phones (can't say I blame him for that).

My thought was the same as takket.....if he was having surgery or knew he's be away for awhile, he would have told us. He tells us when he's going on vacation.

His Mom passed away a few months and he was on FB then. I knew there was going to be a ceremony for her later.
Perhaps that is where he is?

Just a quick update on this. Direct integration in a similar way to twitter/X isn't available right now, but it's something that's being worked on it seems. As soon as it's possible, I'll make sure to get it set up on here.

Do you think they deserve a resentencing? Supposedly it will happen soon and they will be released. I think they have paid their dues. They have been in prison for 35+ years. They were 18 and 21 when this happened.
