Just had my first ever reiki healing session... and it's made me feel lighter, almost clearer... if that makes any sense

Makes total sense. I believe in reiki.
I took a yoga class where the instructor was a reiki master (I did not know that at the time).
She did a lot of hands on assist in class. She put her hands on my back at one point and kept them there for about 30 secs.
After class I told her "cool you're using hot stones in class, that was different"
She said 'that wasn't hot stones, that was your energy". Needless to say I had a lot going on at the time!

I needed something because I'd not really 'looked after' myself with everything that has gone on in the past few years. Seems I'm a typical cancerian in that I'll make sure everyone else is fine but forget about my own welbeing I've never really liked the idea of sitting in a room with a stranger and talking through things... so this seemed like a good idea. I has already helped a lot, feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
