Not everyone that takes yoga classes are "spoiled brats", you know...
I meant the college protesters closing down streets in Cambridge that Loyal was talking about. People can't get to where they want to go because of these idiots.

I pull my abdominal muscle after I fell inside the subway train today. Was buying stuff for dinner in Chinatown when it happened.
I need to take Advil. This was after the LA Dodger game today.

Oh, well, okay then.

(But them yoga-people can really be spoiled brats sometimes, too.)

We have to be very careful at our age now. I tripped and did a (literal) face-plant (luckily, I was wearing a baseball cap and turned my head before it hit the sidewalk full-on) about six months back and I am still feeling the effects of it today.

(The funniest part was the guy walking behind me said to me nonchalantly after the fact, "Watch out for the curb." Yeah, thanks a lot, buddy!)

I actually tripped a curb sidewalk (ADA handicapped) and fell hard not too long ago at night. Not as bad as you did. I hope you feel better.

The subway train was elevated high above the street level, I should have not moved to the other seat way over there, the train had an abrupt turn, lost my balance and fell backwards carrying stuff and I felt my abdominal. I should of sat down.

maybe we can go to Lamppost next week or weekend, whatever you think is best only if you feel better. I was busy this week.
