Tampering period about to start, yet magically complex deals will get done within the first minute. Hopefully Patriots get a LT, WR and DT today. Will solve a lot of issues heading into draft.

Pretty successful day for the Patriots, albeit not addressing the 2 biggest needs in LT and #1 WR. Not sure the 1st round in the draft is the way to go for them either, at least not at #4. Hopefully they can get creative to get the necessary upgrades.

Definitely excited to see the improvement on defense... a kind of smother and smash unit.

Cam Robinson might still be the guy for tackle, hopefully.

Milton traded along with a 7th for a comp 5th. Pretty pointless return too. Felt like his value was more than that.

So spent a 6th on him. Developed him. Played him in a game and cost us #1 overall, all just to jump up just over 30 spots at the back end of the draft.

Yeah I prefer him as a backup than Dobbs... a 5th is meh... he's always just going to be remembered as the guy who played us out of the #1 pick now

I guess the new coaching staff just really didn't fancy him at all.

I don't know that the game he played in last year could really tell the team anything about his abilities. The Bills were basically just going through the motions trying to make sure they got to the playoffs without any needless injuries in their final game. Opposing teams provide better effort against in game 2 of the preseason than what Buffalo gave in that game.
