excluding injuries, and "irrelevent" games a the end of seasons, the last time the Patriots CHOSE to start someone other than Brady in a competative game was the Drew Bledsoe injury game on september 23rd, 2001.

when newton takes the first snap on september 13th, it will have been 6930 days since bledsoe started that game

It is 6930 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date.

Or 18 years, 11 months, 21 days excluding the end date.

Or 227 months, 21 days excluding the end date.

Or to put it another way... the last time that happened, our new rookie TE Dalton Keene was 2 years old... lol

This time next week is going to be weird. Cam Newton starting for us and a few hours away from something I never thought I’d see, Tom Brady throwing a ball in someone else’s uniform. I really need to change my name soon. I can’t be repping a Buccaneer.

I keep forgetting football is coming back. The extended baseball, hockey, and basketball seasons is messing up my timing.

Cam Newton vs the Miami Dolphins quarterback from Bama?

Tom Brady vs Drew Brees in Week 1, that should be interesting.

I'm looking forward to Cam Newton's debut for New England. I think the Patriots will edge out the Buffalo Bills and go 12-4 or 11-5 for the 2020 season.

Is the Pats at Seattle Seahawks game still in Seattle? The air quality is poor in Seattle.
