Speaking of strange Ice Cream concoctions, I made my Root Beer Swirl & Pineapple soda Float yesterday night for dessert. It was also pretty good.

The one drawback was the Fanta soda I used (in a 12 oz can) had 96% of your DV for Sugar in it. That is just outrageous.

Not sure what Catboat Crunch would be. I have tried a lot of their flavours, though. They are all very good.

That is a lot of sugar in the Fanta soda. You're probably better off with just the ice cream.

If I attempt this one again, I will definitely try to find a brand of soda that has at least half that amount. No parent should ever let their kids drink a soda that high in sugar-content. It should be illegal.

I used to drink sodas when I was a kid, but not for many years.

This weekend was probably the first time in several years that I bought any kind of sodas. I generally go with the sparkling flavoured waters with no added sugars.

Never tried them. I just stick with water from my Brita Filter.

Now that the Big Cat is away, maybe there is Beer in his fridge. You don't want it to go bad while he's away.....
