A scoop of Ginger Ice Cream and a scoop of Pineapple Sherbet. These two paired very nicely together. I was pretty set on getting the Ginger Ice Cream, but I was not sure whether to pair it with Green Tea, Coconut, or Mango Ice Cream... then I saw they had Pineapple Sherbet and knew what I wanted. Their Ginger Ice Cream is truly exceptional and has large bits of candied ginger throughout it.

Oh, yeah!

They have a lot of good flavours. I just tend to go for the more bizarre ones they have.

Yeah, I love to eat good desserts, but I have never truly baked anything in my life.

To start the 3-Day Weekend off right (well, technically, I made it a 4-Day Weekend by taking a "Sick-Day" today, too), I felt it was absolutely necessary to get two scoops of Ice Cream (before the torrential rains come in on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday... [Wha'?! Who scheduled my 3-Day Weekend to be a Rain-Out?!]).

Anyway, the two scoops I went with were:

Exquisito Chocolate's Passionfruit Truffles (v) (even though it was one of them "Veganite" flavours, it was pretty decent)

and

Honey Lavender (this is probably my favourite go-to of theirs).

I was not really that impressed with the other specials ("The Chocolatiers Series") that they were offering this month.
