Well, good for the Noodle-boy; I think he signed with the Padres on his birthday (14 February), too. San Diego may just give the d*mn D*dgers a run for their money in the NL West this year... but I still fully expect dem B*ms to be the team to beat in MLB, anyway.

Newcomb could easily bomb of course and is a bit of a flier, but Fitts had a really good 4 starts at the end of last year, and has been excellent this spring. He's actually our #9 prospect too.
