The Marlins tried to demote Kim Ng, despite the fact the Marlins made the playoffs last season. They deserve everything they get this year.

They tried to this last offseason but she was having none of it, so she declined her part of the mutual option they had and left.
Sounds like constructive dismissal. Pretty sneaky of the Marlins.
