A quick rundown of the rules:
- Each week you must pick one pitcher, one hitter and a team.
- You are not allowed to pick from the same team for your picks. So for instance, you can't pick Rafael Devers and the Red Sox in the same week.
- You can only select each pick once for the season. This will be tracked in your own personal threads in the sub forum.
- You can change your picks up until the first game they are scheduled to play in.
- Any rescheduled games will count towards the week they move to, and not for the originally scheduled week.
- If you miss a week, you will be allocated a score five points lower than the lowest scoring player of that week
- Any invalid picks will be either voided, or if the possibility still remains you can select a different pick. Failing this, you will be assigned a suitable player/team for the week

Each pick will score points:
- Your pitcher will score 1 point per strikeout.
- Your hitter will score 1 point per total bases, walks, HBP.
- Your team will score 3 points per win.
- Your pitcher will get 3 points for pitching 6+ innings and 2 earned runs or less
- Your pitcher will get 10 extra points for throwing a no hitter and 20 extra points for a perfect game
- Your hitter will get 1 point per stolen base.
- Your hitter will get 10 extra points for hitting for the cycle
- Your team will get an extra 3 points for a three game series sweep and 4 extra points for a four game series sweep.

NEW in 2025!
- Your hitter will get 3 bonus points for a 4+ hit game
- Your pitcher will get 5 bonus points for pitching a shutout

Extra options:
- You have two PowerPicks to use, which will double the score of that pick. You only get two for the whole season, and you must use one before the allstar break and one after.
- You have two substitutions you can use at any time. This means you can replace any of your choices at any time, but the new choice must still fit with the other rules. You also can't have a substitute choice play the same day as the player they are being subbed for. There are no other limits for substitutions. For example, you can make two subs in the same week or substitute your pitcher out even after he has made two starts.

Any other questions, let me know!

Poor old Kyle Barraclough... had a pretty nice career, but will always be remembered (at least by Sox fans) for that one game lol

"If your pick gets injured, you are not allowed to replace them".

Phil, does this mean you cannot substitute for your original pick?

20 points if your batter breaks his bat on a clean check swing where the ball doesn’t touch the bat, like Jim Rice did back in the day.
