A HUGE pan of roasted Brussels sprouts. It was all so simple, too. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half (some were so large that I cut them into quarters); add some olive oil and Balsamic vinegar; salt (well, I really do not own any plain ol' salt; this was a seasoned salt with orange zest and stuff) and pepper a bit; roast in the oven at 425° for about 25-30 minutes; enjoy!

I also had a few slices of Tofurky as a side.
That's how I cook Brussel sprouts.

The Balsamic vinegar adds a bit of flavour and really helps with the caramelization of the Brussels sprouts. I like them to be nice and blackened.

Another way I like to roast them is with some good (i.e. "real" Vermont or Canadian) maple syrup and just a few dashes of hot sauce. "Maple syrup and hot sauce... ?!" Trust me on this one. Verrry tasty.

Some guest at my sister's thanksgiving party brought 5 pizza boxes of pizza. It's Thanksgiving!!! The kids were grabbing slices of pizza and eating them on turkey day. Each guests were supposed to bring something.
