I'd like to see Kapler as the Red Sox GM.

I think he did a very good job as Manager of Los Gigantes, but I am not so sure he is Baseball-savvy enough to be a GM. Maybe...

At this point in his career, I can not understand why any team that is looking for a Manager would be mentioning Buck Showalter's name. Hasn't he had enough chances to prove himself, and fallen flat most times?

My wife always commented when he was managing the O’s that he always looked miserable in the dugout, like he had a horrible case of hemorrhoids and a colonoscopy scheduled for the next day.

I remember there was an article a long time ago, looks like it was 2010 when he started in baltimore... where he talked about how hard it was to win when the red sox were buying every player in sight, and he ripped on the sox. i have hated his guts since that moment because it was like... are you serious? What about the Y*nkee$??? I never understood why he leveled that attack on the sox. granted the sox were #2 that year behind NY, but why single out boston????????
